Senior Customer Success Manager - Germany for Configit, the leader in Configuration Lifecycle Management

As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in the German market, ensuring they realize measurable business value from Configit’s solutions and continue to grow their engagement over time.
You will be part of Configit’s newly established Customer Success function and play a key role in shaping how customer value realization, adoption, and long-term customer engagement are managed across the organization in close collaboration with the Lead Customer Success Manager.
Working closely with Key Account Management, Product Management, Support, Marketing, and other key stakeholders, you will play a central role in strengthening customer relationships, driving retention and expansion, and ensuring customer feedback continuously influences the organization.

What you will do
Act as Customer Success Manager for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in the German market
Lead stakeholder engagement and build strong long-term customer relationships
Ensure customers realize measurable business value and successful outcomes from Configit’s solutions
Drive customer adoption, usage, and engagement across the customer lifecycle
Identify expansion opportunities and support commercial growth initiatives together with Key Account Management
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Support, and Marketing
Manage customer health and risk management activities
Establish and maintain structured customer feedback loops and act as the Voice of the Customer internally
Lead customer-facing activities including QBRs, value reviews, and strategic customer dialogues
Contribute to customer advocacy initiatives including referrals, customer success stories, and case studies
What you bring
Strong experience within Customer Success Management in SaaS, software, or technology-driven organizations
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, including engagement with enterprise customers in international environments
Strong business understanding and outcome-oriented mindset
Commercial understanding and ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities
Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing organizations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer advocacy mindset with focus on long-term value creation
Understanding of complex software and configuration-driven environments is considered an advantage
A proactive, structured, and pragmatic working style
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
