You’ll be part of a small team of experienced and passionate software engineers. The team is characterized by its informal, agile, fast-paced and ambitious environment. As their Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll build websites and apps using web and best practices to ensure that the customers get a “best in class experience” when using the products. You will be using new technologies to solve complex problems in a friendly, focused and encouraging work environment.
More precisely, you:
Have a key role in developing their customer-facing React-based web applications.Implement the designs created by the design team and spar with them on the UX.Are curious and like to experiment with the latest and greatest technologies.Are attentive to details and deeply cares about delivering the best possible user experience and challenging others in doing so.Are willing to take leadership of one or more projects and development areas and be in charge of their further development.Spar with the rest of the team to ensure their customer experience remains the best in the market.
Requirements:
You are a practical problem-solver, who explores both innovative and pragmatic solutions and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You have extensive experience building web and preferably have experience with one or more backend technologies such as Python or similar. You’re highly adaptable to changes and you’re motivated by working in a vibrant, fast-moving company.
Additionally, you have:
3+ years’ work experience as a frontend or full-stack developerExperience working with preferably React and maybe also React NativeExperience with automated frontend testingBSc/MSc in Computer Science or another relevant fieldAdvanced knowledge of web technologies and know what’s kicking in the marketIn-depth understanding of and experience working in the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
