Lead Customer Success Manager for Configit - the leader in Configuration Lifecycle Management

As Lead Customer Success Manager, you will lead Configit's strategic engagement with a portfolio of global enterprise customers.
You will establish and lead Configit’s new Customer Success function and shape how customer value realization, adoption, and long-term customer engagement are managed across the organization. This is a player-coach role, combining strategic leadership and team development with direct engagement and ownership of key customer relationships.
You will be responsible for building and developing the Customer Success Management (CSM) practice, driving Customer Success culture throughout the company, and ensuring customers achieve measurable business value from Configit’s solutions.
Working closely with Key Account Management, Product Management, Support, Marketing, and other key stakeholders, you will play a central role in strengthening customer relationships, driving retention and expansion, and ensuring customer feedback continuously influences the organization.

What you’ll do
Establish and lead the Global Customer Success Management team at Configit
Define and develop the overall Customer Success practice
Drive Customer Success culture and mindset across the organization
Act as Customer Success Manager for a selected number of strategic customers
Lead stakeholder engagement and build strong long-term customer relationships
Ensure customers realize measurable business value and successful outcomes from Configit’s solutions
Drive customer adoption, usage, and engagement across the customer lifecycle
Form part of the account leadership setup together with Key Account Managers
Identify expansion opportunities and support commercial growth initiatives together with Key Account Management
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Support, and Marketing
Establish and manage customer health and risk management practices
Establish structured customer feedback loops and act as Voice of the Customer internally
Lead operational customer activities including QBRs, value reviews, and strategic customer dialogues
Contribute to customer advocacy initiatives including referrals, customer success stories, and case studies
What you bring
Strong experience within Customer Success Management in SaaS/Product/Technology-driven organizations
Experience building or scaling Customer Success practices, frameworks, and governance models
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, including interaction in international enterprise environments
Strong business understanding and outcome-oriented mindset
Commercial understanding and ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing organizations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer advocacy mindset with focus on long-term value creation
Understanding of complex software and configuration-driven environments is considered an advantage
A proactive, structured, and pragmatic working style
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
