We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Engineer to take up the challenge of shaping the future of data processing in one of the largest Open Source based Linux environments in Scandinavia.

The tasks for their new colleague will be, in addition to above:
Overall architecture and implementation responsibility for One.com data processing systems and visualization landscape
Development of data processing for the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive and (Py)Spark)
Maintenance and development of data processing pipelines (Airflow)
Managing log shipping (Fluentd) and data ingestion tools (Sqoop)
Design and implementation of visualization solutions and dashboarding for log (Elastic & Kibana) and metrics
(Prometheus) processing systems
Design and implementation of data warehouse setup
The right person has/- is:
Strong Python, Linux, SQL and data visualization skills
Experience with data management processes and data warehouse construction
Experience with relational database (PostgreSQL/ MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. Hbase and Cassandra) design and administration
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
