Forecast is looking for a Head of Engineering, who is well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and can create the link between tech and business - a natural leader, who knows how to motivate a team and have a passion for technological innovation!
Your responsibilities…
Lead and scale the rapidly growing, global software engineering teams
Dig deep into complex problems, distilling complex and ambiguous situations into actionable plans for your teams
Take end-to-end responsibility for the Engineering teams
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with the business goals
Support, motivate, and coach your team in their ongoing work
Be a primary driver for innovation both product- and tech-wise in collaboration with the CTO
You will be great in this role if you…

Have demonstrated experience within leadership – and experience running distributed teams
Are a keen leader and developer by heart
Have a previous startup or scaleup experience
Have the ability to bring simplicity to complex problems
Possess great project- and team management skills
Hold experience building and growing teams - mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
Are an agile and creative team builder who is also a cross-functional leader
Hold top-notch tech knowledge - strong knowledge of software architecture and web-based software
Have experience working within the B2B SaaS industry
Have a growth mindset and openness to feedback
Are resilient, highly efficient, and get stuff done
Are totally likable and have great social skills
