We are on behalf of our customers Exerp looking for an sharp, strong, and competent Lead Architect to work in their headquarters in Copenhagen. You will be working together with the CTO and the Software Engineering Department.

Their primary ERP platform helps their clients handle all aspects and business processes fitness operators need. It´s everything from members being able to buy a membership, sign up for team training or book and appointment with a personal trainer and also to handle electronic payments and integration with payment solution providers. Besides this, they also have solutions for reporting and data analysis and mobile apps for both staff and members of the fitness chains. They are a global company, and in addition to the headquarters in Copenhagen, they also have offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Sydney, Australia.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, you must be willing and able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily:
Have a solid background with relevant educations Bachelor/MSc in Computer Science/Engineering or superior relevant work experience.
At least 4+ experience as a Chief Architect (or similar position.)
The primary platform is based on Java and therefore experience with big complex Java applications are an absolute requirement.
Experienced and skilled at mentoring and communicating with the ability to do so in both spoken and written English.
Amazon Web Services is the chosen provider. Knowledge and experience with their components and offerings are expected.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Take part in discussions about technology choices together with the CTO and Head of Infrastructure
Guide and mentor team architects and foster an environment of learning and technical progress.
Design and grow the architecture for the Exerp Platform together with the CTO and the teams´ architects.
Leading complex technical projects from design to production.
Work with the DevOps / Infrastructure team to ensure and maintain stability on the Exerp platform.
