As Lead Enterprise Architect for Arla’s Commercial organization, you combine deep insights of FMCG sales organizations with an IT enterprise architect’s understanding of how sales organizations are supported by a modern IT landscape.
You proactively identify and facilitate platforms selections, that are suitable for supporting a continued digitalization of Arla’s commercial delivery mechanisms as part of Arla’s agile release train for commercial. Aside from this, you provide EA services - such as inspiring management teams across the organization with future opportunities for leveraging technologies and being a strong influencer of the commercial strategy.
You will become part of a small EA team of 7 dedicated enterprise architects. In the continued work on commercial vision and strategy, you will work closely together with the Release Train Architect and the receiving organization as well as the IT Business Partners, the Head of Arla IT Commercial and the Business Development Teams.

You are a business- and IT architect at heart, but also a very impactful communicator, thriving in a sometimes hectic senior stakeholders environment. You exhibit great listening skills, while you can make your voice heard. You are a skilled decision-maker, who can see matters from multiple angles and an end-2-end perspective.
It is imperative, that you have a strong commercial business sense and strong skills creating and communicating solutions for a sales organization. Preferably, your experience derives from a global FMCG, where you have worked towards the sales departments. To match the evolution of Arla’s landscape in more recent years, it is important, that you understand B2B2C structures and understand how trade spend tactics drive FMCG.
Of Arla’s strategic portfolio, net revenue management experience will be an important differentiator, that can make you stand out from the field, while distributed commerce, customer service management and digital frontend are important aspects as well. You exhibit a detailed understanding for how retail and whole sales are different, and you can translate this knowledge to advice.
Traditionally SAP has been a vital part of the administrative solutions of order-to-cash and claims management, and it is an advantage, that you have a good knowledge of ERP, especially SAP ECC, which Arla is moving into SAP S/4 HANA.
