M&A Integration Manager

Experience & skills:

  • Senior Project Management experience (5+ years) is preferred within IT

  • M&A integration experience is desirable skills

  • Experience with Change Management and finance

  • Deep understanding of Business Operating and business models in the IT industry

  • Enjoy working in a fast pace environment, and able to manage constant changes of direction and priorities

  • Clear mind, inquisitive, structured, organized, creative, flexible, resilient and self-motivated

  • Ability to lead a group in finding the resolution of abstract/complex business problems

  • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization

  • Manage a portfolio of integration activities from planning to execution

  • Ability to motivate, collaborate and work successfully to drive tight deadlines

  • Proven track record of managing costs, schedules and budget-to-actual financial forecasting and reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to support the needs of the project team and internal stakeholders, while holding team members accountable for completion.

  • Ability to identify and remove barriers to progress

  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across the company and departments at all levels

  • Average 20% of time traveling
