As the Vice President, Business Controller, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the group.one organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial management. You will be reporting to Group CFO, Heading the Business Controlling for the Group.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the organization
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial decision-making
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
Provide regular forecasts and financial insights to support decision-making
Responsible for setting and driving budget and forecasting process for the entire group
Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for group reporting from a business perspective
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Ad hoc analysis reporting to Group CFO
Responsible for group reporting from a business perspective
KPI:
Working closely with divisions to set KPI and targets
Close collaboration with the data team to secure the correct definitions and data collections of KPIs and the operational P&L
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Provide mentorship and guidance

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in a senior financial management role
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
A strong drive and the ability to bring out the best in your team
Strong communicational skills
Fluent in English
Experience within Private Equity
Broad and solid knowledge of BI- and financing systems
