Your role…..
You will become part of a highly specialized and experienced team, where knowledge-sharing and upskilling is a natural part of the way they work.
The team is divided into different focus areas, such as Cloud Advisory, Software and license optimization ao.
You will become a trusted advisor towards Crayon’s customers, supporting them in all aspects of optimizing software costs, compliance and daily operations at the customer site.
When the customer enters into a Software Licensing Agreement with a Software Vendor, the vendor often offers several agreements or product specific benefits. Crayon provides the Customer with an overview of these benefits, and guidance on how these advantages can be utilized
Your profile…..
Multiple years of experience in the area of Software Licensing/Software Asset Management and Software Audits
General IT understanding
Strong written and oral English and Danish language skills
Vendor specific software licensing rules – multiple software
Compliance on multiple vendors
License Management; renewals of software
Use of relevant tools (SAMtools, Excel, Access, SQL etc.)
Agreement and contract preparation and requesting changes towards the vendors
Completion of all contract/agreement papers, and the processing of these with the relevant software vendors
Instruction in the use of various software vendor portals
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness handling C-level management and vendors
Good analytical skills and a structured way of approaching challenges
Your Responsibilities…..
Manage the compliance for large software providers
Conduct Software Audits and create Compliance Reports
Provide reports and KPIs regarding software usage for customers
Develop and optimize processes to automate the creation and verification of Compliance Reports
Contribute to the positive collaboration in the team and across the organization
