  • The position: Requirements/needs

  • Based on Perito’s preferred customer profile and strategic customers segments, you are responsible for acquiring and building successful customer relationships in Norway

  • You will work closely with our Sales Team in Denmark to acquire and build successful customer relationships in Norway

  • You will be in charge of building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at large companies with a need for Integrated Business Planning.

  • You will be responsible for making Perito Consulting the preferred provider in Norway by actively selling Perito IBP 360 by Outbound Marketing, personal network/relations, and in-person presence in the country/countries.

Success criteria’s

  • Value-Driven Sales measured by six new customers per year in Norway

  • ARR value per Customers Sales in alignment with Pricing Strategy balanced with Customers Segments

  • After Sales representing 10% of total ARR value sold in Norway

  • “Door opener” for Perito customers being geographically located in Norway

  • Build and develop partnerships and sales channel when provided

Skills and Experience

  • Genuine passion and experience with software related to Demand, Inventory, or Supply Planning

  • Huge experience of commercial experience/selling software tech products or previous experience in a SaaS company

  • You’ve got 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience, meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating complex & enterprise-wide SaaS deals.

  • Fluent written and spoken English. Fluent written and spoken Norwegian

  • An understanding of product management and development

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders

  • Enterprise sales experience at C-level

  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
